BACKGROUND:
The Ryan White Part A Planning Council for the Transitional Grant Area (TGA) recommends the following individuals be approved by the Board as members of the Ryan White Part A Planning Council effective from March 1, 2026 through February 29, 2028.
Reappointments
1. Gina Candelario. as a second term voting member
2. Anthony Castro as a second term voting member
3. Patrick Forand as a second term voting member
4. Marc Gilbert as a third term voting member
5. Krystal Griffin as a third term voting member
6. Jennie Martin as a second term voting member
7. Valerie Ricketts as a second term voting member
8. Lorenzo Stanley as a fourth term voting member
9. Robert Wilson as a third term voting member
New
1. James Borders as a first term voting member
2. Thomas Cunningham as a first term voting member
3. Anita Lockhart as a first term voting member
4. Aaryana Mostafaeipour as a first term voting member
The above referenced individuals will fulfill the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) representation requirements as outlined below:
• Affected communities, including people with HIV and historically underserved populations
• Community-based organizations serving affected populations and AIDS service organizations
• Grantees of other Federal HIV programs (HOPWA)
• Grantees under section 2671 (Ryan White Part D)
• Non-Elected Community Leader
• Social services providers, including providers of housing and homeless services
• State government - Ryan White Part B grantee
