BACKGROUND: 

Durango Robindale, LLC is voluntarily conveying a dedication in fee to Clark County for Assessor's Parcel Number 176-09-301-008. Dedication in fee is required for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the James Regional Sports Park undercrossing at Robindale Road.
