BACKGROUND:
On September 20, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 606726-23 Contract for All-In Clark County Implementation and Program Support to Kim Lundgren Associates, Inc (SBE) in the amount of $1,057,000 for All-In Clark County Implementation and Program Support.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through December 31, 2025.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will extend the Contract through August 31, 2027 in order to add services made possible with recently awarded grant funding. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.
Kim Lundgren Associates, Inc currently holds a Clark County vendor registration.
