BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606272-22, for Jones Boulevard - Clark County 215 to Tropicana Avenue was advertised on November 2, 2023 and opened on February 8, 2024. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for road widening and pavement rehabilitation on Jones Boulevard; within developed limits, adding raised medians with left turn lanes at designated intersections or continuous two-way left turn lane (TWLTL); within undeveloped limits, widen hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement to provide three 11-foot lanes in each direction and 14-foot TWLTL or raised medians with left turn lanes at designated intersections or continuous two-way left turn lane; removal and replacement of pavement markings as necessary; installation/replacement of traffic signs as necessary; removal and replacement of existing substandard Americans with Disability Act (ADA) curb ramps; traffic signal modifications at existing signalized intersections; installation of traffic signal undergrounds at Patrick Lane, installation of ITS conduit and/or fiber optic as necessary; utility vertical adjustments; traffic signal replacement at the Tropicana Avenue intersection.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 270 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Tand, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
