BACKGROUND:
On June 20, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 606576-23 for furniture, products, design, delivery, installation, warehouse inventory management services and program management to Faciliteq Nevada LLC (NBE) in the amount of as funds are allocated, for purchase of furniture, products, design, delivery, installation, and warehouse inventory management services and program management.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods and included a 3-month extension. There is 1 renewal option remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Amendment No. 1 replaced Exhibit E in its entirety. This amendment also addressed a unique double handling shipping circumstance.
Approval of Amendment No. 2 will update the inventory management services section of the scope to include the transfer of inventory from the CONTRACTOR'S warehouse to the new Clark County Central Warehouse. The attached Amendment No. 2 document details the modifications involved.
Faciliteq Nevada LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
