BACKGROUND:

Each year, the Board is asked to allocate funds available in multiple County capital project funds to support projects essential to County operations.  Due to FY24 budgetary savings, investment earnings, special ad valorem tax revenues, and available remaining funds from closed projects, a total of approximately $199,498,764 is available this year for pay-as-you-go capital projects.
