BACKGROUND: 

Lamplight Square at Coronado Ranch Homeowners Association ("Grantor") has voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County for traffic signal system purposes upon Assessor's Parcel Number 176-14-695-002, generally situated on the southwest corner of Jones Boulevard and Shelbourne Avenue. The permanent easement encompasses a combined area of 38 square feet, more or less, upon the subject parcel.

Lamplight Gardens at Coronado Ranch Homeowners Association ("Grantor") has voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County for traffic signal system purposes upon Assessor's Parcel Number 176-14-597-007, generally situated on the northwest corner of Jones Boulevard and Shelbourne Avenue. The permanent easement encompasses a combined area of 11 square feet, more or less, upon the subject parcel.

The grant of easement documents further describes additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantors.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the grants of easement as to form.
