BACKGROUND: 

Bid No. 607398-24, for Maslow Park - New Fire Station #62 Design & Construction was advertised on December 12, 2024 and opened on January 23, 2025.  6 Bids were received from the following firms:

This Contract is for the construction of a new 11,567 square foot fire station complete with three apparatus bays and staff area requirements. Scope of work includes demolishing existing splash pad, landscaping, trees, flatwork, parking lot and other items required to prepare site for new construction.

All Bids received for the above referenced project are recommended for rejection. Specifications were unclear. A new Invitation for Bid for this effort will be issued to revise specifications.
