BACKGROUND: 

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved Interlocal Contract No. 3147 and budgeted funding for the Mount Charleston Streets Reconstruction: Rainbow Canyon Phase 2, Echo View, and Cathedral Rock View Subdivisions project in RTC's Highway Improvement Fund for Fiscal Year 2024.

Interlocal Contract No. 3147 allocates funds for construction of the Mount Charleston Streets Reconstruction: Rainbow Canyon Phase 2, Echo View, and Cathedra Rock View Subdivisions project. The time of performance is effective until June 30, 2029, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on May 23, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
