BACKGROUND: 

NRS 379.020 provides that the Clark County Board of County Commissioners (County Commission) appoint five (5) competent persons who are residents of the county to serve as district library trustees.

Rachel Hunt has expressed her interest in being reappointed to the Boulder City Library District Board of Trustees (Board of Trustees). She was appointed May 2, 2017, and her term concluded on May 1, 2021.

The County Commission is asked to reappoint Rachel Hunt to serve on the Board of Trustees for a four-year (4-year) term ending May 4, 2025.
