BACKGROUND: 

The Ryan White Part A Planning Council for the Transitional Grant Area (TGA) recommends the following individuals be approved by the Board as members of the Ryan White Part A Planning Council, effective through February 2023:

1. Stephany Coaley as a second term voting member.

2. Ricardo Fernandez as a second term voting member

3. Robert Hamilton as a third term voting member

4. Tory Johnson as a third term voting member

5. Heather Lazarakis as a seventh term voting member

6. Cheryl Radeloff as a fifth term voting member

7. Francesca Reed as a third term voting member

8. Danny Brown as a first term voting member

9. Susana Gonzalez as a first term voting member

10. Raychel Holbert as a first term voting member

11. Aaronell Matta as a first term voting member

12. Robert Tinghitella as a first term voting member.

The above referenced individuals will fulfill the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) representation requirements as outlined below:
