BACKGROUND: 

On March 30, 2023, Clark County (County) submitted a conditional offer to purchase 2101 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102, located on APN 162-04-101-006 which consists of ±1.45 acres of undeveloped land. 

The County's Department of Real Property Management has completed due diligence inspections, appraisal and ALTA survey.  County and Seller shall each pay their normal closing costs at the time of escrow closing. This acquisition is for the use of UMC.
