BACKGROUND:
On November 16, 2021, State of Minnesota awarded Sourcewell Contract No. 093021-ELG Street Sweepers and Specialty Sweepers, with Related Equipment, Accessories and Supplies to Elgin Sweeper Corporation Division of Federal Signal Corp. (LBE) distributed through the local distributor Haaker Equipment Company. This approval provides for the purchase of Elgin Street Sweepers and Specialty Sweepers, with related equipment, accessories, and supplies.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from November 16, 2021 through November 16, 2025 and includes the option to renew for 1, one-year period.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Elgin Sweeper Corporation Division of Federal Signal Corp and therefore, can cease purchasing product at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (b) the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
Haaker Equipment Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
