BACKGROUND:
In coordination with the re-authorization of the Clark County Redevelopment Agency, each commission district not containing redevelopment areas was allocated $2.5 million in funds from the FY22 capital budget to focus on economic development opportunities within each district.
District F will be using the additional funds allocated to hire consultants to prepare a redevelopment plan for the Spring Mountain Corridor Redevelopment Plan.
