BACKGROUND:

Clark County Stadium Authority (Stadium Authority) and LV Stadium Events Company, LLC (Stadco) (collectively "Licensee") desire a connection to the County's storm drain and flood control system for the purpose of discharging ground water from its property located at 3333 Al Davis Way (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-29-310-001) to a permitted location in the County's storm drain.

The attached revocable license and maintenance agreement details the conditions and stipulated terms, and grants Licensee the use of the aforementioned County's right-of-way.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the agreement as to form.
