Additional Comments:

Supplemental No. 1 increase of $50,000 revises the total contract value to $216,660.

 

BACKGROUND:

On September 17, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with VTN Nevada for the Russell Road and Hacienda Avenue Reconstruction project.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract with VTN Nevada will increase total funds to provide additional engineering services, including engineering services during construction.

VTN Nevada currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
