BACKGROUND:

The Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has programmed funds to design and construct flood control improvements. On April 8, 2021, RFCD approved an interlocal contract for design of the Las Vegas Wash - Branch 02 - Monson Channel - Jimmy Durante Boulevard to Boulder Highway project (Public Works No. PW.FCLA40A). The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on May 4, 2021.

Supplemental No. 4 to the interlocal contract extends the term of the contract for the project from June 30, 2026 to January 31, 2030, to complete design and provide support through construction. The current total contract value for the subject project is $1,150,000.

RFCD approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on June 11, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
