BACKGROUND:
On May 17, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 605910-21 for Oracle Master Agreement to Oracle America, Inc. (LBE) in the amount of $8,000,000 for software, software maintenance, cloud services, hardware and a variety of services to multiple County departments.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from effective date through June 1, 2023, and included the option to renew
for 4, one-year periods. There is 1 renewal option remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Amendment No. 1 updated the initial Contract term to be valid through May 31, 2024, with the option to renew for three (3) one-year periods.
Amendment No. 2 updated the Contract term to be valid through May 31, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) one-year periods.
Amendment No. 3 updated the Contract term to be valid through May 31, 2026, with the option to renew for one (1) one-year periods.
Approval of Amendment No. 4 will add Schedule OSSS - Oracle Open-Source Support Services to the Master Agreement. The attached Amendment No. 4 document details the modifications involved.
Oracle America, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
