BACKGROUND: 

On April 1, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the Master Services Agreement for SOQ 607190-24 for Professional Services for Real Property Management. Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects, Ltd. (NBE) was approved for Category 2: New Construction/Renovation Projects.

This Task Order is for the design of the Supplemental Animal Shelter at District F.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Task Order:
•                     The term of the Task Order is from date of award through September 30, 2028.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects Ltd. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
