BACKGROUND: 

On December 6, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. to provide predesign services for a pedestrian bridge over Las Vegas Boulevard at Bellagio Drive, as part of the Bellagio Pedestrian Bridge project (No. PW.S16089A). 

Supplemental No. 2 to the professional services contract extends the contract time of performance from July 31, 2025, to June 30, 2027.  The extension of time is needed for stakeholder input and coordination on the proposed bridge design options before a final bridge option is selected.  

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License. 

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
