BACKGROUND:
TBC - The Boring Company has applied for a franchise to construct, install, operate and maintain a transportation system using portions of the County rights-of-way. Staff has been working with the applicant on the various provisions and requirements contained in the franchise agreement.
Following a public hearing on the franchise application, staff recommends approval of the franchise agreement.
