BACKGROUND:
On October 15, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award of CBE No. 607059-24 to Johnson Controls, Inc. (NBE) in the amount of $13,066,245.36 for Metasys Full-Coverage Maintenance & Repair Services.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from effective date through December 31, 2025, and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods. There are 3 renewal options remaining.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 10% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
• Includes the option for either party to terminate for cause or convenience with thirty (30) days written notice.
Purchasing and Contracts was advised of the change of ownership, from Johnson Controls, Inc. to Tyco Technology GmbH dba Johnson Controls Building Solutions, LLC.
Tyco Technology GmbH dba Johnson Controls Building Solutions, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
