BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation has an existing Lease Agreement (Agreement) with MCM Development II, LLC (Company) for the development of commercial facilities on ± 2.97 acres of land (Retail Pad B-9) in the shopping center located at the southwest corner of Eastern Avenue and Russell Road, known as the McCarran Marketplace. This First Amendment (Amendment) to the Agreement authorizes an extension to December 31, 2025, to complete construction of Retail Pad B-9.

This Amendment has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.  Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
