BACKGROUND:
On November 5, 2014, Clark County (County) entered into a Lease Agreement along with Amendments I & II with the Family to Family Connection (F2FC) to occupy ±2,785 square feet of space at 3900 Cambridge Street, Suite 106, 107 & 108, Las Vegas, NV (Premises) which expires on November 4, 2022.
F2FC desires to continue leasing the Premises to assist children ages 0-5 prepare for kindergarten by providing interacting classes for cognitive and motor skills.
This updated lease shall commence on November 5, 2022 and expires on November 4, 2023 with three (3) - one (1) year options to renew with prior approval from the County.
