BACKGROUND: 

Right-of-way engineering for construction of the following projects have identified that partial acquisitions and a permanent easement of the following Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) may be necessary:

1.     Clark County 215 Beltway Frontage Road, Phase 1 - Tropicana Avenue to Sunset Road
        APN: 163-32-601-018 (Forest Hill Family Trust and Fred Sadri Trust)

2.     Badura Avenue - Durango Drive to Tenaya Way
        APN: 176-04-301-006 (I H C Health Services Inc.)
        APN: 176-04-701-007 (Project B A M Land LLC)

3.     Starr Avenue - Las Vegas Boulevard to Bermuda Road
        APN: 191-04-501-002 (Kun H & Jung O Park and Hye S Kim)
4.     Pyle Avenue - Las Vegas Boulevard to Bermuda Road
        APN: 177-28-201-016 (Wigwam-Parvin Limited Partnership)
        APN: 177-28-201-017 (Khusrow Roohani,Trustee of the Khusrow Roohani Family Trust)

The appraisal reports identified herein will provide information necessary for budgeting and further development of the construction plans as may be required.  Rights-of-way and permanent easement shown on the current plans may be modified based upon acquisition costs, construction costs, and revisions to the plans. Once the costs are determined and rights-of-way and permanent easement are finalized, authorization to acquire will be requested from the Board of County Commissioners.

Authorization to appraise the above-mentioned Assessor's parcels is now being sought from the Board.
