BACKGROUND: 

On September 7, 2010, Clark County (County) entered into a Lease Agreement with QUAIL PARK IV, LLC (Lessor) along with Lease Amendment I (dated August 7, 2018) for the use of ±2,820 square feet of office space located at 2820 W Charleston Blvd., Ste. 15, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102 for the Ryan White Part A HIV/AIDS Program administered by Social Services (Lease).  The Lease is due to expire on September 30, 2023 with no options to renew.

This Amendment II will extend the term of the Lease through September 30, 2028 with no options. The monthly rent will be $1.80 per square foot or $5,076.00 a month, full-service gross, and shall increase four percent (4%) annually.
