BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is for the purchase of birth and death certificates for Clark County. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is from date of award through November 30, 2025 and includes the option to renew for seven (7), one-year periods. • Includes for either party the option to terminate without cause with advanced written notice.The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
