BACKGROUND:
On October 17, 2023, The Board of County Commissioners approved the award of Bid No. 606668-23, to Inland Supply Company Inc. (NBE) in the amount of $597,394.00 for Annual Requirements Contract for Trash Liners Countywide.
On February 5, 2025, Purchasing and Contracts received notice that Inland Supply Company was acquired by Imperial Dade, effective August 26, 2024.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract: • The term of the Contract is from date of award through August 31, 2024 and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods and included a three (3) month extension. There are three (3) renewal options remaining. • Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 10% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations. • Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 3% for possible price increases for renewal terms. • Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Imperial Dade currently holds a Clark County Business License.
