BACKGROUND:

On October 14, 2021, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1326 for design of the Hacienda Avenue between Rainbow Boulevard and Decatur Boulevard project on its annual Capital Improvement Plan. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on November 2, 2021.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contact No. 1326 decreases design funds, as the project is nearing completion. The term of the contract remains effective until December 31, 2026, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1326 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on February 12, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
