BACKGROUND: 

Spring Mtn Auto Center, LLC (Grantor) has voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County upon Assessor's Parcel Number 163-13-503-011. The permanent easement is required for pedestrian access, and the construction and maintenance of bus shelter pad and pedestrian access as part of the Spring Mountain Road between Rainbow Boulevard and Decatur Boulevard (Phase 2) project. The additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor are described in the grant of easement.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the grant of easement as to form.
