BACKGROUND:
On December 15, 2025, State of Minnesota awarded Sourcewell Contract# 101525-BLE Used Fire Apparatus, Rescue, and Emergency Service Vehicle Solutions to Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus, LLC dba Firetrucks Unlimited, LLC (NBE). This approval provides for the purchase and replacement of aging fire apparatus units for the Fire Department Rural Division.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• This is a one-time purchase of $1,140,770.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus, LLC DBA Firetrucks Unlimited, LLC and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (a) a governmental entity located within or outside this State with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
Firetrucks Unlimited, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
