BACKGROUND:

Clark County (the County) identified a need to re-allocate space to various programs utilizing the Spirit Mountain Activity Center in Laughlin.  The majority of occupant use is by the County with one (1) non-County tenant which is the Boys and Girls Club of the Colorado River (BGC).  Due to the re-allocation request, the Art Room (#122) and Storage Room (#123) are being re-purposed as an exercise area designated to the Senior Center program.  The Art Room is currently under the BGC lease and Amendment II will only remove that area from their lease.

This item was presented to the County's Long Range Planning Committee on November 12, 2025.
