BACKGROUND: 

Pursuant to NRS, Clark County (County) is required to allow Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) the first right of refusal for placement and operation of vending and food facilities on County-owned or leased property.  This Interlocal Contract (Interlocal) provides for ±1,176 SF of space on the 2nd floor and ±102 SF of space on the 1st floor of the 601 N Pecos Road building located on the Family Courts campus for food service facilities which will be operated by DETR’s vendors as a manned vending stand through a Blind Operator.

Terms of agreement are as follows:
1.
                     Term is from approval to January 25, 2030, with five (5) one (1) year options to renew, 
2.
                     There is zero rent.
3.
                     County to provide utilities at no cost.
