BACKGROUND: 

The Finance Department aggregates and reviews departmental requests for consideration by the Board at various times during the fiscal year. It has been determined that an additional allocation of $1,966,834 is needed for the completion of the CCDC South Tower Fire & Building Control Systems Replacement project (RP.D0917033), funds are currently available from the CCDC South Tower Renovation project (RP.D0920057) which has yet to begin the design phase.
