BACKGROUND: 

Primecare Administrators, Inc. ("Provider") has a current agreement with Clark County to provide for the coordination and administration of dental services to underprivileged or underserved persons in the Clark County.  The County and the Provider would like to expand the mobile health, social and wellness services.  This Amendment would allow the Provider to purchase two mobile health unit and the County would provide an amount equal to a deposit required, which shall not exceed 25% of the total cost of the mobile units described in Appendix A of the Amendment. The mobile unit would be required to be used to provide health, social and wellness services to the underprivileged and underserved communities in Clark County.
