BACKGROUND:
After the completion of a compensation analysis for the position of Medical Examiner, it has been determined that the existing salary schedule is not competitive within the market. Therefore, it is requested that a new salary schedule be authorized for this position to be included within the existing management compensation plan series. The recommended range for the salary schedule is an entry rate of $197,912.00 with a maximum rate of $306,779.20. The effective date of the salary schedule shall be December 10, 2022.
