BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607029-24, for Mount Charleston Reconstruction - Rainbow Canyon Phase 2, Echo View, and Cathedral Rock View Subdivisions was advertised on April 15, 2024, and opened on May 6, 2024. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for removal and reconstruction of pavement in the Rainbow Canyon, Echo View, and Cathedral Rock View Subdivisions located on Mount Charleston. The work shall also consist of removing and replacing pavement along MacFarland Avenue in Indian Springs. Furthermore, this contract consists of utility adjustments, roll curb, pavement markings, and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 60 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
