Las Vegas Blvd roadway improvements - Spring Mountain to Sahara

Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $4,235,000 and Supplemental No. 1 amount increased contract by $200,000 for a total of $4,435,000.  Supplemental No. 2 increase of $150,000 revises the total contract value to $4,585,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On October 2, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with Atkins North America, Inc. to provide construction management services for the Las Vegas Boulevard Roadway Improvements between Spring Mountain Road and Sahara Avenue project (Bid No. 605203-19).

The Board previously approved one supplemental contract to increase total funds and extend the contract term to December 31, 2022, for the this project.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional services contract increases total funds for additional professional project administration and construction management services for the project.

Atkins North America, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
