BACKGROUND:
On June 6, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved the contract award of Bid No. 606515-23 in the amount of $29,540,000, to Las Vegas Paving Corporation for the Residential Streets Pavement Reconstruction #104 - Lot 1 & 2 project, for the replacement of pavement and roadway improvements of various residential streets within Clark County.
Change Order No. 1 for $1,607,000 increases the total project funding to $31,147,000, providing funds for additional work to include roadway widening on Viking Road between Euclid Street and Topaz Street, and concrete and pavement restoration within the Winterwood and Sahara Community. This additional scope of work shall include additional calendar days to the project.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
