The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(a), the competitive bidding process is not required as the item to be purchased is contracted from a sole source; (c), the additions to and repairs and maintenance of equipment may be more efficiently added to, repaired or maintained by a certain person; (d), the equipment which, by reason of the training of the personnel or of an inventory of replacement parts maintained by the local government is compatible with existing equipment.

Stryker Sales, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
