BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607866-26, for Sunset Road Phase 1 - Durango Drive to Decatur Boulevard was advertised on March 2, 2026 and opened on March 25, 2026. The Bid amounts are as follows:

The work to be performed under this Contract is for Sunset Road Phase I, project limits are from Durango Drive to Decatur Boulevard. The improvements include asphalt pavement widening to provide minimum two travel lanes in each direction, center left-turn lanes, signage and striping, utility adjustments and relocations, and other appurtenances as may be necessary to construct a complete and functional roadway.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 180 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Amrize Southwest Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
