BACKGROUND: 

This is the first amendment to the original interlocal contract in effect from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2021 to provide voluntary contributions to support Enhanced Managed Care Organization (MCO) capitated payments and Inpatient, Outpatient, and Graduate Medical Education (GME) hospital services. This amendment increases the maximum from $103,382,599 to $103,932,299 due to actual program amounts being slightly higher than program projections.
