BACKGROUND: 

On May 14, 2025, Clark County and the Nevada Service Employees Union (SEIU) reached a Tentative Agreement for a new contract effective July 1, 2025.  The SEIU membership voted and ratified the agreement on May 29, 2025.

Of the agreements, twelve (12) articles and two (2) appendices were added.

Attachment I contains the summary of changes for both the Supervisory and Non-supervisory units.

Attachment II contains the proposed entire Supervisory agreement including the changed and new language in its entirety for your information. With new language bolded/capitalized and deleted language stricken.

Attachment III contains the proposed entire Non-supervisory agreement including the changed and new language in its entirety for your information. With new language bolded/capitalized and deleted language stricken.

Attachment IV is the SEIU Supervisory Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines by article which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in a fiscal impact.

Attachment V is the SEIU Non-supervisory Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines by article which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in a fiscal impact.

Attachment VI is the SEIU Supervisory and Non-supervisory Fiscal Impact Summary which outlines the total contract cost and/or savings of the agreements for six thousand one hundred forty-five (6,145)  impacted SEIU positions.
