Selection of Airport Lounge Operator - C Gates

BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) issued Request for Qualification 27-21 Airport Lounge Operator - C-Gates (RFQ 27-21) on October 7, 2021. Following a Pre-Qualifications Conference for RFQ 27-21, a site tour was conducted at Harry Reid International Airport (Airport) on October 20, 2021.

The RFQ responses were received and evaluated on November 23, 2021. The evaluation committee unanimously selected AD Partnership, LLC dba Airport Dimensions - Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club (Company). Company was determined to be the most qualified to operate a lounge at Airport and received the highest ranking.

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners (Board) authorize negotiations with Company to build and operate the lounge located in the C-Gates.

Staff will return to the Board for approval of the negotiated contract. Company will obtain a Clark County Business License prior to the award of the negotiated contract.
