BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is for boating safety improvements and programs to promote boating safety in Clark County, within Lake Mead, and on the Nevada side of the Colorado River System.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
• The term of the Agreement is from final signature or date of execution through December 31, 2027.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
