Initial contract amount was $200,000, and Supplemental Nos. 1 through 7 combined amounts of $2,110,000 increased the contract value to $2,310,000. Supplemental No. 8 increase of $20,000 revises the total contract value to $2,330,000.
BACKGROUND:
The Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) approved funding for the Airport Channel - Naples project on its Master Plan and Ten-Year Construction Program. The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on October 1, 2013.Supplemental No. 8 to the interlocal contract increases entity labor funds. The term of the contract remains effective until September 30, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.RFCD approved the eighth supplemental contract at its meeting on December 11, 2025.The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the eighth supplemental contract as to form.
