Bid No. 607740-25, for Residential Streets Pavement Reconstruction #107 was advertised on October 27, 2025 and opened on December 11, 2025.  The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for repairing pavement base failures as needed by excavating the existing pavement material, preparing of sub-base and base material for new pavement replacing it with Type II aggregate base, re-compacting the subgrade materials, and placing new Plantmix Bituminous Surface on various residential streets within Clark County. In addition, this contract includes, demolition for removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk panels, curb & gutter, and spandrels/cross gutters at locations as shown on plans, bringing sidewalk ramps up to ADA Standards, installing drainage curb and cross gutters, multiple sidewalk underdrains, storm drain drop-inlet and/or catch basins top slabs and grate opening reconstruction, adjustment of manholes and water valves among other appurtenances, removing, modifying and/or replacing pavement markings, striping, and traffic signs, adjustment of utilities pull boxes and splice vaults within the sidewalk areas, removal and salvage of designated items, traffic control; dust control; miscellaneous improvements as shown on the Drawings and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 221 calendar days from the date specified in the                      Notice to Proceed.
                     Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for                                                                                     convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
