BACKGROUND:

On May 17, 2001, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 373 providing funding for the Sandy Valley - Columbia Pass and Miami Street project from development taxes and RTC Highway Improvement Acquisition Funds. On June 5, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners approved Interlocal Contract No. 373 allocating funding for engineering and future funding for right-of-way acquisition and construction for street improvements for Columbia Pass Road and Miami Street from Eagle Avenue to Quartz Avenue for the subject project.

Supplemental No. 7 to Interlocal Contract No. 373 provides additional design funds to cover the consultant contract amount for engineering services. The contract term remains effective until June 30, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the seventh supplemental contract at its meeting on November 14, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the seventh supplemental contract as to form.
