BACKGROUND: 

On July 29, 2025, I appointed James C. Chrisley to the position of Director of Aviation, a position which will be vacated by Rosemary A. Vassilliadis upon her retirement on September 12, 2025.  Pursuant to Clark County Code Chapter 2.40.100 a separate agenda item has been placed for the board to ratify this appointment.  The attached agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of employment and compensation for Mr. Chrisley.
