BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607568-25, for Northern CC-215 Capacity Enhancements - Tenaya Way to I-15 was advertised on April 28, 2025 and opened on May 19, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for adding a 10' paved inside shoulder, 3" of AC over 4" of type II, both Eastbound and Westbound, alongside the Northern CC 215 from Tenaya Way to existing paved shoulder roughly 2,000 ft. east of N. 5th St. Furthermore, this work shall consist of roadway excavation, PBS, type II aggregate base, removing and replacing pavement markings, traffic signs, removal and replacement of type 1 flexible guideposts, and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 100 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
